I have found an excellent yoga DVD

Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason.

The total workout is 45 minutes long, but it's broken up into 3 sections if you only want a short session.  It runs at a nice pace - the weight loss name is something of a misnomer.  You do a pose, and have time to sink into it a bit, but not so long you're shaking.  There are 4 different instructors to watch (and you can close-up on any of them at any time) depending on what your flexibility/strength level is.  The disk also has a ton of bells and whistles that I will probably never use.

5 stars out of 5.  I'll be using this DVD a lot in the future.

I'm really bothered that Amazon has taken the liberty of preparing my order, with my name already entered.

Irony: ammo says it's time. Tom is blocked.

It's not yoga, but for fitness I recommend... by chuckles (4.00 / 4) #2 Wed Mar 19, 2008 at 03:23:04 AM EST

Hot damn, spandex unitard, pls pst utube k thnx. Recent studies[1] have suggested that resistance exercise can be just as effective as aerobics in burning calories and maintaining peak hotness.

I need to get this.  I've wanted to use the angle button on my DVD player since I got in 1999
